Dealer Terms

1. Who can register

Businesses (or individuals operating as dealers) may register a dealer profile on Bikepick. You must provide accurate business information. We may request proof (such as GST details) before or after activation, and may decline registration.

2. Dealer profile and listings

• You control your own listings: photos, specs, asking price, contact details.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you list, and for the vehicles you sell.
• Listings are shown on the platform subject to our moderation. Misleading listings (wrong ownership, concealed damage, false specs) will be removed and may lead to suspension.

3. Subscriptions and pricing

• Dealer features (extra listings, featured placement, lead access) are provided under a paid subscription, billed through Razorpay.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Unpaid or failed invoices may result in features being disabled.

4. Leads

• Buyers who enquire about your bikes become leads. You may contact buyers in good faith about the listed vehicle.
• Do not spam, harass, or share buyer contact details with third parties. Buyer data is provided for the purpose of completing the listed sale.
• The lead price shown in your dashboard applies to each delivered lead as per the Refund Policy.

5. Commission and payments

Where the platform charges a fee (subscription or per-lead), it is the fee described in your dashboard. There are no hidden commissions on your sales — Bikepick does not take a percentage of the vehicle price.

6. Conduct and suspension

We may suspend a dealer profile for: fraudulent listings, repeat complaints from buyers, illegal activity, non-payment, or breach of these terms. On suspension you may appeal by emailing contact@bikepick.in.

7. End of relationship

You may close your dealer profile at any time from your account. Active subscription balances are handled per the Refund Policy.
