Get it inspected before you pay

A used bike that looks clean can still be hiding a bent frame, a tampered odometer or an unclosed loan. An independent inspection costs a fraction of what those cost to discover afterwards.

What an inspection cannot tell you

No inspection can predict when a component will fail, or find a fault that is not present on the day. It reduces risk substantially — it does not eliminate it, and it is not a warranty.

Questions

Who does the inspection?

An independent inspector assigned by us — never the seller and never the dealer selling the bike. The report goes to you, not to them.

How long does it take?

A full inspection takes roughly 60 to 90 minutes at the location where the bike is kept. You receive the written report the same day.

What if the bike fails?

There is no pass or fail. You get a factual condition report with photos and an estimate of what needs spending. Walking away is often the best outcome of an inspection.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before the slot for a full refund. See the refund policy for detail.
