Used-Bike Listing Terms

Responsibilities of sellers and buyers for used-bike listings.

Bikepick Team·30 Aug 2026·1 min read

For sellers (individual owners)

  • You may list a used motorcycle you own (or that you are authorised to sell). You warrant that you have the right to sell it and that the details and photos are true.
  • You are responsible for the sale: negotiation, inspection, payment, documentation and delivery with the buyer.
  • Listing is free for basic plans. Optional features (featured placement, more photos) may be available through dealer subscriptions.
  • We may remove listings that are misleading, duplicated, or that break our Terms.

For buyers

  • Always inspect the vehicle in person before paying.
  • Verify ownership documents: RC book, insurance, emissions (PUC) certificate, and any loan/no-dues status.
  • A "Bikepick Verified" badge (where present) means our limited three-point check was completed — see the Verification Terms. It is not a guarantee of condition or value.
  • Payment to the seller should be traceable (bank transfer, cheque). Be cautious with demands for advance payment before inspection.

Price information

Asking prices are set by sellers. Reference prices and price history published on Bikepick are informational data points, not valuations or offers. Tools that show an estimated value produce estimates only.

Removals

Listings are removed if: the seller requests it, the vehicle is sold, we receive a credible ownership or fraud report, or the listing violates our Terms.
