Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing bikepick.in, creating an account, posting a listing, or contacting a dealer through the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post listings or buy through the platform.
• Dealer accounts require business information. Dealers are additionally bound by the Dealer Terms.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, post fraudulent listings, or harm other users.

3. Listings and seller responsibility

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including ownership of the vehicle.
• Do not post stolen, accident-damaged-concealed, or non-owned vehicles, or any false specifications.
• Bikepick reviews listings for obvious problems but does not independently verify every claim before publication.
• We may remove or edit a listing that is misleading, or that breaks these terms.

4. No warranty on third-party content

Listings, photos and descriptions are provided by sellers. Bikepick makes no warranty about the quality, safety, or legal status of any vehicle listed. Inspect any vehicle in person before paying.

5. Payments and billing

• Dealer subscriptions and paid leads are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). Payments are subject to the Refund Policy.
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual property

• Site design, code and reference data are our property and may not be scraped, copied or resold without permission.
• Sellers grant Bikepick a licence to display their photos and listing details on the platform.
• Brands, models and trademarks referenced belong to their respective manufacturers.

7. Prohibited use

You may not: access the site with automated tools at scale, attempt to break in to content you do not own, upload malicious code, harass other users, or use the site to market illegal goods or services.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bikepick's liability arising out of the use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for transactions between you and other users.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
